Our love affair with gelato began in our native Italy where gelato is an almost religious experience. Our goal from the very beginning was to expose the world to a distinct and beautiful gelato experience.

We travelled Italy and the globe scouring the world in search of the very best ingredients from the sunny shores of Sicily to our native region of Friuli to the vanilla fields of Madagascar to find the ingredients to produce our famous product.
