We have travelled the globe to find the best suppliers that can guarantee the highest quality product. Our philosophy it to merge the freshest local products with the best the world has to offer. We only choose suppliers that follow our same philosophy of tradition and transparency.

Our love affair with gelato began in our native Italy where gelato is an almost religious experience. Our goal from the very beginning was to expose the world to a distinct and beautiful gelato experience.

We travelled Italy and the globe scouring the world in search of the very best ingredients from the sunny shores of Sicily to our native region of Friuli to the vanilla fields of Madagascar to find the ingredients to produce our famous product. To the continues with paths for new and sustainable ingredients to help make the quality of our products better and better every day. In Italy and abroad because we are always looking for new ingredients.
